Even though I've recently turned 23 I'm still struggling to kick the habit of very late nights and early mornings. Unfortunately my skin suffers the consequences, in particular my under eyes. My usual go to holy grail is £35 a pop and if I'm honest with you it's not always easy parting my small small pennies, so I opted for an alternative.
Andalou Naturals Luminous Eye Serum. 18ml - £13.59
Suitable for normal/combination skin. Fruit stem cell complex, vitamin C, and goji glycopeptides enzymatically support dermal vitality for a lighter, tighter, brighter looking appearance as caffeine from green coffee uplifts circulation for youthful luminosity.
I have used this everyday since the beginning of April, and it's advised that you apply AM & PM. When I began using this eye serum, I followed these instructions but I realized it was more effective when used only in my night time skincare routine. This eye serum feels light to the touch and sinks in to the skin quickly without leaving any residue. This also means it does not interfere with my make up, which is a bonus! This eye serum has significantly helped with my under eye circles, but it's not very effective at depuffing my bags in the morning which is a shame, as my usual eye cream also targets this. However this eye serum never claimed to help with puffiness so I can't really take away brownie points for promises they didn't make.
If you are looking for an affordable eye serum, which is made from natural ingredients and kind to your skin, this is a great buy, which I'm sure you won't regret.
You can find this in Holland & Barrett and Wholefoods.
